Player Registration Information

Under USA Hockey rules and regulations
 
The Wisconsin Ice Spirit is a Tier II Association, meaning that we are a no-cut organization.  All girls are welcome to tryout.  Girls will be placed on a team best suited to their age and ability.  We have excellent coaches that teach skating, stick handling, shooting, strategy, teamwork, and most of all, fun! 

The Spirit is a member of the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA), an affiliate of USA Hockey.  USA Hockey requires that all players properly complete the following forms as a condition of registration.

These forms may be printed, completed and submitted as part of your player registration package. Please mail completed registration package to:

Register Now:

1. USA Hockey Player Registration

2. Print and fill out Ice Spirit Registration forms

3. Obtain a copy of the player's birth certificate

4. Make out a check for the first ice fees to Wisconsin Ice Spirit

Bring all forms to
a) your first day of early bird ice
b) the In-person registration at a place to be determined (Southwest or Polar Caps)
OR
c) mail directly to the registrar

In-Person Registration Dates:

To be determined. Last year we had a registration table at the Polar Cap registration day.

All coaches this year must fill out a coaches information form.

If you missed our registration, there's still time to join!  Fill out the forms above and mail them to the address above.  We will contact you when we receive them and let you know of the upcoming schedule.
